You’ll empower clients to build confidence, develop job‑readiness skills and take steps toward meaningful employment. Every day, you’ll see the impact of your work in the lives of the people you support.
What you’ll do:
- Support people of all abilities to build confidence and job skills
- Work one-on-one to identify goals and career pathways
- Help overcome barriers to employment
- Partner with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities
- Be part of a supportive team that believes work’s for everyone
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8.30am to 5pm
- No Nights
- No Weekends
