A day in the life

Health and Wellness Advisors
As a Health and Wellness Advisor, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting clients to overcome barriers and thrive in sustainable employment.
Your expertise will help individuals manage mental health challenges, build resilience, and stay engaged in meaningful work.
What you’ll do
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify strengths and barriers
- Deliver brief, evidence-based interventions (e.g. CBT, MI, BA)
- Provide practical tools and psychoeducation to support wellbeing
- Assist clients to maintain employment and navigate workplace challenges
- Collaborate with Job Coaches, employers, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate, compliant client records
- Contribute to training and wellbeing initiatives
