Craig had worked with atWork Australia previously and was connected to a job he loved. When he needed support again to find a new job, he choose to return to atWork Australia.
Since his last employment, he has experienced some health conditions and needed to look at a completely new career and industry. He met with Employer Engagement Consultant, Jo, who discussed options which would suit Craig’s needs. He decided to pursue traffic control.

When Craig experienced a relationship breakdown, he thought he might have to leave Avada as he was moving to a different town. However, Avada Traffic was able to assist him to continue to work for them.
“They will be supporting him to gain his red card and MR licence to become a team leader and gain substantial life employment,” said Jo.
“Its amazing what happens when you take the time to connect people and business who are the right fit.”
“I’m happy to be employed at a job that I really like and enjoy,” said Craig.
“The work environment is a positive one, from the team leaders’ managers and crew. I’ve been given the freedom to travel and experience other places, and now I will be moving down to a little country town to gain more work with the same company,” said Craig.
