For atWork Australia, you’re at the heart of what we do.

We take the time to get to know you and customise your journey to achieve your employment goals and needs.

You might join Inclusive Employment Australia (formerly DES) through a referral from Centrelink (Services Australia), who will check to see if you’re eligible for Inclusive Employment Australia. We can also help with that. We will check you have a Centrelink Reference Number (CRN) and can support you with setting up and attending your Employment Services Assessment (ESAt) at your local Centrelink branch.

You may also connect with us through your NDIS provider.

Once you are eligible and registered with atWork Australia, we will start defining your work and life goals and get started on your journey to meaningful employment and building your career.

Switching providers

Even if you are registered with another provider and already receiving Inclusive Employment Australia services, we can support you to transfer to atWork Australia. Give us a call on 1300 080 856 to find out more, or fill out an enquiry form.

We help people living with disability, injury or health condition find and keep a job. We support you to identify the best approach to employment for your situation, considering your goals, family requirements, skills and capacity to work.

Employment Services Assessments are used by Services Australia to make decisions on income support payment qualification and activity test or participation requirements. During the assessment, someone will talk to you about factors that affect your ability to work. This helps Services Australia understand what program or support is best for you and your individual circumstances.
