Workforce Australia client, Nzoto, was starting to lose hope of finding work when he was connected to the atWork Australia team.

As a parent with responsibilities such as school pick up, Nzoto needed a role which would allow him to look after his family.
He had found warehousing roles seemed to have hours that would suit him, but he needed to improve his skills to be more competitive.

He completed his forklift, working at heights and confined spaces tickets, and a certificate III in processing and manufacturing.

Nzoto was connected to a role, however quickly realised he wouldn’t find the role fulfilling in the long term.

Nzoto is now able to be there for his family financially and in person.
