Arthur had a goal. Make money to go on a holiday. However, he wasn’t sure what industry, or what kind of job he wanted to help him reach that goal.

At 22-years-old, Arthur didn’t have much experience in the workplace. He lacked confidence, especially when it came to presenting himself and his skills to employers.
Viviana connected Arthur to a few short courses to learn new skills and to learn about a few kinds of jobs to see if they would be the right fit. The courses included practical work elements and introduced Arthur to employers.

Again, this allowed Arthur to explore different employers in the area and see if anything suited him.
Feeling confident with new skills, and experience speaking with employers, Arthur landed himself a role in retail.
