67-year-old, Lisa was part way through a Certificate IV in School Based Education. She had lost her motivation to continue with her course and move back into employment.
Her Job Coach, Bashir, encouraged Lisa to finish her course. Bashir celebrated with Lisa when she was complete, and together they updated her resume and began to apply for work.

Bashir recommended Lisa think outside the box and consider travelling to different schools. He encouraged her to apply for a role as a Teacher’s Aide.
