KaGo, a childcare transport service, was facing challenges in recruiting candidates who had the right skills and attitude for the roles they had available.
They also needed candidates with police and working with children checks, and the correct driving licences.

“We have ensured all clients have the necessary qualifications, and checks,” said Sarah.
“We also have clients participate in pre-employment education to understand the expectations of the role, the attitude and values KaGo are looking for and more.”
