Nowchem have15 new team members with the support of atWork Australia.

Recently Melissa approached atWork Australia’s employer engagement consultant, Joanne, for assistance to fill a role.
“This role required the successful candidate to have a forklift licence, a Certificate III in warehousing but also be very detail oriented with a strong focus on numeracy and literacy,” said Joanne.
“We referred a number of clients to Melissa for consideration.”

“This resulted in an easy recruitment process and the successful candidate ticking all of the essential and desired criteria for the role.”
