As a small business owner of G!Bowl, Flora, wasn’t sure of her exact staffing needs, and who would be a good fit for her business.

Freeing up Christabelle to focus on her strengths of customer service and front of house activities. The task of mopping was moved to the kitchen hand role, where the employee had a higher level of physical fitness.
By working together Christabelle has achieved meaningful employment in an inclusive environment, and Flora maintains her motivated and reliable team.
