Service FM is a cleaning company who was struggling to find someone to fill a unique role in Mount Pleasant, a small town in South Australia.
Client Manager, Megan, approached atWork Australia for assistance.
The role consisted of one cleaning shift a week, and so far, Megan hadn’t been successful in finding someone who would be interested in working those hours.

Employer engagement consultant, Emma, identified this role would be the perfect fit for client, Dean* as he lived nearby and was only looking for a few hours a week to suit his barriers.
Megan was hesitant at first, however knowing atWork Australia was there to support both Megan and client, Dean, made her feel confident to give him a go.

The role needed to be filled as soon as possible, so Dean attended the atWork Australia office, where Emma supported him to complete all his onboarding requirements.
Emma checked in regularly with Megan as Dean began work. Megan shared she felt like Dean needed some assistance completing his time sheets accurately.
The atWork Australia team have since been supporting Dean with his time sheets, and Megan appreciates the ongoing support and assistance from atWork Australia.
