Salim shared that the inconsistent casual work associated with hospitality was not the right fit. He wanted a job with regular employment and stable shifts.

Due to the strong relationship between the employer and atWork Australia. They reached out directly to atWork Australia for support to help Salim gain his HR licence so they could offer him full time work, where he could earn a higher hourly rate.
Anthonette supported Salim to gain his licence and supported him to purchase new work-related clothing including work boots.
