At atWork Australia, the health and safety of our clients and staff is our number one priority.
During this unprecedented time, we are working to ensure we can continue to provide a high level of service whilst managing and maintaining safety standards in accordance with the COVID-19 advice from the Australian Government and the Department of Health.
As a result, we have introduced new measures in order to deliver our NDIS services to reduce face to face contact and maintain social distancing.

In addition to our continued phone servicing, we have introduced:
- Digital signing of agreements – documents will be emailed to you via a secure digital signing service. You can review the document online, create a digital signature, insert your signature and click to submit. No need for printing or scanning, it can all be done electronically.
- Virtual meetings – face to face meetings will be replaced by online virtual meetings. We will advise you with account registration instructions and a time and date to login and connect to our digital conferencing.
- Video calls – your consultant will be available to chat to you via video call should you wish to do so. Please speak to your consultant to discuss your preferred video chat service.
