Developed in partnership with Monash University, Positivum ™ addresses beliefs and perceptions relating to health and work and provides online coaching, to help you build your confidence and find the right job for you.
We know that finding a job is a completely different journey for everyone. That’s why we use Positivum, a tool used to profile our clients in order to tailor the support we provide. We use tailored assessment tools to determine our clients’ current status including potential barriers to working. Clients then partake in E-Positivum, an online, self-guided coaching program focused on challenging negative beliefs and perceptions of health and working.
E-Positivum topics can include:
- Beliefs and perceptions
- Goal setting
- The health benefits of work
- Living with your health condition, including pain, pacing techniques, improving sleep, building resilience and managing stress
