Sharon moved to Northam in Western Australia to live with family after she found herself living in her car without secure housing.

During her first appointment, Sharon was interested to find work quickly and she was looking for an opportunity in housekeeping.
While Nicole and Sharon were chatting, local employer Buckland Estate, who specialises in events and accommodation, dropped in to speak to the team about suitable candidates.
The atWork Australia team introduced Sharon to Dianne from Buckland Estate, who asked Sharon for an interview on the spot.
