Kirsten lives with anxiety. She was working but wasn’t achieving her employment goals in her current role.

Kirsten was working approximately 10 hours a week in her current role, but it wasn’t enough to support Kirsten’s family financially.
She felt she could work closer to 23 hours a week and still support her health and family.
Kirsten was finding it difficult to speak up to her employer with her anxiety and was worried about leaving a job she already knew.
Job Coach Telia supported Kirsten to put herself first and encouraged her to work through her anxiety to move on to a new employer which would better suit her needs.
They worked on a keeping a positive mindset for Kirsten while finding a supportive employer who would understand her health needs.
When Kirsten secured an interview as a Deli Assistant, atWork Australia also supported with transport to her interviews so she didn’t have the added financial stress to worry about.
