Duane was connected to atWork Australia in Clarkson through the Workforce Australia program. Here he met Job Coach Pamela who helped Duane regain his confidence to create his own path to employment.
When he first connected with Pamela, he was working through his health conditions and had low confidence he would find employment to suit his barriers.

Soon, Duane felt he had the confidence to follow his goals, and decided self employment was the way forward.
Pamela supported Duane to organise his ABN number, and financially assisted with work related clothing including personal protective equipment and boots that he would need.
