Join atWork Australia to support NDIS clients to live the life they want through employment. In July atWork Australia will host two all inclusive First Steps to Success events starting at 10am.
These events will bring together clients who are wanting to learn more about their options for employment, employers who are looking to hire with diversity and other organisations who can support meaningful and sustainable employment options.
atWork Australia believes that works for everyone, and these events allow us to provide more information to the community on how we can assist all people to find sustainable employment. Work can be really powerful for people living with disability, many of who are very willing to learn new skills and be successful in their roles just like atWork Australia client Daniel.
While living with an intellectual and learning disability which can impact his concentration, Daniel has always been independent and very willing to learn new skills. With the support of atWork Australia, Daniel was able to find meaningful work at a local cafe.
“Since Daniel started work, he hasn’t looked back. He has already made lifelong friends with the staff,” said Job Coach Donna.
Come along to our upcoming events to learn more about the ways we can support clients like Daniel to find and maintain meaningful work, or learn how we can connect and support you to tap into a workforce who is ready and willing to work.
