Kiriay worked with Michelle to ensure she feels comfortable with her job search and has been a motivating mentor for Michelle.
Michelle and Job Coach Kiriay set goals such as: obtaining tickets/licenses, clothing, and job search techniques to enhance Michelle’s employability. During this process, Michelle’s confidence increased and she gained valuable work skills.
After finding the right workplace for Michelle, her Job Coach liaised with the employer and supported Michelle to overcome any challenges before her commencement. Michelle was also linked to atWork Australia’s in-house Mental Health professionals to provide ongoing support whilst starting a new job.
Job Coach Kiriay went above and beyond in supporting, guiding, and mentoring Michelle.
Michelle was able to secure a Food Production role at one of South Australia’s largest employers.
