Pauline came to atWork Australia’s Caroline Springs, Victoria, office to get tailored support from the Disability Employment Services team to find employment. Pauline has not participated in paid employment for two decades; she has been busy carrying out her duties as a stay-at-home Mum.

Securing employment has been overwhelming and quite emotional for her. She is happy to be earning an income so she can support her children and finally have some independence.”
