Rory’s School Lunches was recently awarded at the 2022 atWork Australia Employer Awards event in South Australia.
An Adelaide based canteen and catering business; Rory’s School Lunches first began their partnership with atWork Australia on a small scale with just one client.
However, owner, Rory, was impressed with his new employee and the support and passion from the atWork Australia team.
Rory said, “we had success with the client we employed through atWork Australia. atWork Australia then organised to tour our headquarters and spent time with our recruiting and training team. They gained a good understanding of the backstory of the business, who we are and what we are about. They went through all the different roles and got to know us on an operational level”.
Rory continues, “this helped atWork Australia refer candidates to us that suited our roles and we have partnered with atWork Australia ever since.”
Rory’s School Lunches are now a long-time partner of atWork Australia and are huge advocates for employing a diverse workforce.
