Antoun who lives with health conditions had recently moved to Australia and was looking for meaningful and sustainable employment.
Due to language barriers, Antoun was finding it difficult to communicate his needs to potential employers.

Antoun had few job references from within Australia, but had a lot of experience internationally, so Ann called potential employers before sending in Antoun’s resume so she could advocate on his behalf.
All the while, Ann was motivating him to achieve his goal in finding a job that suited his health conditions and work experience.
Antoun landed an interview as a school bus driver and successfully started in the role a few days later.
Ann and the atWork Australia team supported Antoun to complete all the required paperwork including his police check, working with children check and driver accreditation.
