David, 58, from Goulburn, NSW has been working in the banking industry for the last 30 years. He experienced a mental breakdown last year and was unable to continue working in his former profession, and keep up his qualifications. He was looking for a career change and somebody who could support him in facilitating this.
David lives with osteoarthritis in his lower limbs which makes standing and walking for long periods challenging. This needed to be considered in his new career path.
David has been unemployed since 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic and has been in contact with various Employment Services providers since then.
