Disability Employment Services client, Giuseppina, from Bankstown in New South Wales, is an enthusiastic and hard-working person.
Giuseppina lives with psychiatric disorders which have impacted her from sustaining ongoing meaningful work.

When Giuseppina landed a part-time role at a pharmacy, she was transitioned to our In-Work Support team where she worked with Jennifer.
They meet weekly so Giuseppina has an opportunity to discuss how she is feeling at work and talk through anything she may need support with.
This allows Jennifer to support Giuseppina in the moment, helping her to maintain her employment.
