With no job history, Raelene had a lack of experience, as well as limited education. Raelene’s Job Coaches, Nicolle and Judy, worked with her to identify her barriers and prioritised what needed to be addressed as the first step in her journey.
Raelene did not have a phone, so being contacted by a potential employer would have been challenging. Nicolle organised a phone for Raelene and they were ready for the next step in her journey.
Nicolle identified that to reach her employment goals, Raelene would need a pre-employment medical check, police clearance, special licence approval and new clothing for her new role. Nicolle and Judy worked to get everything organised; setting Raelene up for success.
