Understanding is the first step to inclusion

People living with disability, injury or health condition have many contributions to make to the workplace and the wider community, but their capacity to do so can be limited by the perceptions or actions of others.

atWork Australia can offer you Disability Awareness Training to help enhance awareness and knowledge of disability and inclusion.

Effective employer partnerships are integral to our success. By collaborating with employers, we can gather information about your business and the jobs available to ensure we identify the right candidate you’re looking for, time after time.

Partnering with an employment services provider for your recruitment requirements, allows us to support your workforce planning needs by identifying where the labour shortages are and how we can work together to address them through upskilling candidates with the right certificate qualifications, training and relevant tickets.
